Basic personality: You know that quiet girl, who’s very nerdy, and has a tendency to be surprised she’s being noticed at all?

That’s Mackenzie.

Her personality, if you’re going by elemental magic, is really a mix of water and air, and this combination might be why rooms she’s in tend to be rather cool. Not cold, but cool. She likes it that way. She also likes running a fountain in her bedroom, and sitting outside during thunderstorms.

She’s smart, in a bookish way, sheltered, in some ways, quiet, thoughtful, and sometimes given to daydreaming when she shouldn’t. Like when she’s trying to cook.

She’s a horrible cook. It’s not a thing she gets.

She loves music. She never learned to play anything, and rather wishes she had.

She’s got a temper, but it’s not a bad one, and she very, very rarely loses it.

She’s not exactly shy. She’s not even an introvert, really. She just tends to forget to do that “social interaction” thing.

Her world isn’t much different from many others, except, while computers took off, the concept of personal computers never really did. She grew up Lutheran and converted to Buddhism, with a leaning towards Taoism, when she was seventeen.
